Data Processors and Third-Party Service Providers

To operate the Spirit of Tazo website and services, we rely on certain trusted third-party service providers (data processors) who process data on our behalf. We ensure that all data processors are bound by appropriate data protection obligations and do not use your data for their own purposes. Our key service providers include:

• Hosting Provider (Server): The Spirit of Tazo website and game servers are hosted by Contabo (Contabo GmbH). This hosting provider stores and manages the databases and files necessary to run the website and game. In the course of providing hosting services, Contabo may have access to personal data (such as your account information) strictly for storage and backup. Contabo acts as our data processor under GDPR, processing data only under our instructions and not for its own use.
• Email Newsletter Service: We use Mailchimp (operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC) to manage our email newsletter subscriptions and dispatch. If you subscribe to the Spirit of Tazo newsletter, your email address is stored on Mailchimp's servers for the purpose of sending you our update emails. Mailchimp is a third-party service provider acting as our data processor. Data Transfer: Mailchimp is based in the United States, so your email address may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We have ensured that appropriate safeguards are in place for such data transfer, in accordance with GDPR.
• Analytics Service: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google acts as a data processor for analytics data. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information and compiles reports for us about website traffic and interactions. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where feasible to enhance privacy. Google may process the collected analytics data on servers in the United States or other countries. However, Google is contractually bound to handle information in compliance with GDPR standards when data is transferred out of the EEA. If you do not wish to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can disable cookies or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• App Store & Play Store: For in-app purchases and financial transactions, the Spirit of Tazo game integrates with Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. These platform providers operate as independent data controllers for any personal data processed during a purchase. We do not have access to your payment data from these transactions. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. Aside from the processors and services listed above, your data will not be shared with others unless required by law or you explicitly consent to such sharing.

Data Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. In general, this means:

• Account Data: Your registration data (email, username, etc.) and any game-related data are kept for as long as you maintain an active account. If you decide to delete your account or request erasure of your data, we will remove or anonymize your personal data (subject to any data we must keep for legal compliance). If the Spirit of Tazo game is discontinued in the future, we will delete all user personal data as part of the termination of the service. Additionally, in the event of prolonged inactivity, we reserve the right to deactivate and delete inactive accounts after a notice period.
• Contact Form Submissions: If you contact us via the website, we will retain the communication for as long as needed to address your inquiry and any follow-up issues. Once your question or issue is resolved, we will delete the correspondence after a reasonable period.

For example, passwords are stored in a hashed form (not in plain text) in our database, and all web interactions with the Spirit of Tazo site occur over encrypted HTTPS connections. We also restrict access to personal data within our organization on a need-to-know basis. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Bevezetés

Jelen Adatkezelési Tájékoztató ismerteti, hogy a Devora Lime Kft. (a továbbiakban: Adatkezelő) miként gyűjti és kezeli a Spirit of Tazo weboldal (https://spiritoftazo.com) és a Spirit of Tazo mobil játék felhasználóinak személyes adatait. Elkötelezettek vagyunk a személyes adatok védelme iránt, és adatkezelési gyakorlatunkat a vonatkozó jogszabályokkal – így különösen az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) 2016/679 rendeletével, azaz az Általános Adatvédelmi Rendelettel (GDPR), valamint a hatályos magyar adatvédelmi jogszabályokkal – összhangban végezzük. A weboldal használatával, a játékra történő regisztrációval illetve a Spirit of Tazo játék használatával Ön elfogadja a jelen Adatkezelési Tájékoztatóban leírt gyakorlatokat.

Kezelt személyes adatok köre és az adatkezelés célja

Csak a szolgáltatás nyújtásához és fejlesztéséhez szükséges személyes adatokat kérjük el és kezeljük. Az egyes adatfajták és kezelési célok az alábbiak:

• Fiók regisztrációja: A Spirit of Tazo játékban való regisztráció során az alábbi személyes adatait gyűjtjük: e-mail cím, felhasználónév és jelszó. Adatkezelés célja: Felhasználói fiók létrehozása és fenntartása, a bejelentkezés biztosítása, valamint a játék használatának lehetővé tétele és a fiókhoz kapcsolódó szolgáltatások nyújtása. Adatkezelés jogalapja: Szerződés teljesítése (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b) pont).
• Kapcsolatfelvétel az oldalon: Amennyiben a weboldalon található kapcsolatfelvételi űrlapon üzenetet küld számunkra, az e-mail címét kérjük be (valamint bármely egyéb személyes adatot, amelyet az üzenet szövegében megad). Adatkezelés célja: Lehetővé tenni, hogy megválaszoljuk kérdését, felhasználói támogatást nyújtsunk. Adatkezelés jogalapja: Az Adatkezelő jogos érdeke (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f) pont).
• Hírlevél-feliratkozás: Ha feliratkozik a Spirit of Tazo hírlevelére, az ehhez szükséges e-mail címet gyűjtjük. Adatkezelés célja: Tájékoztató e-mailek küldése az érdeklődők részére, melyek a játékhoz kapcsolódó frissítésekről, újdonságokról, hírekről adnak információt. Adatkezelés jogalapja: Az Ön hozzájárulása (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pont). A hozzájárulását bármikor jogosult visszavonni.
• Weboldal használati adatok (Google Analytics): A Spirit of Tazo weboldal használata során automatikusan gyűjtünk bizonyos információkat az Ön eszközéről és böngészési tevékenységéről a Google Analytics szolgáltatás segítségével. Ennek során rögzítésre kerülhet az Ön IP-címe, az eszközére vonatkozó adatok, valamint a weboldalon tanúsított viselkedési adatok. Adatkezelés célja: A felhasználói aktivitás elemzése és a szolgáltatás fejlesztése. Adatkezelés jogalapja: Jogos érdek (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f) pont).
• Támogatási és vásárlási tranzakciók: Amikor Ön anyagilag támogatja a játékot, vagy a mobil játékban alkalmazáson belüli vásárlást hajt végre, a tranzakciót a használt platform (Apple App Store iOS rendszeren vagy Google Play Áruház Android rendszeren) bonyolítja. Adatkezelés célja: Lehetővé tenni, hogy Ön vásárlásokat hajtson végre és megkapja a kifizetett tartalmakat a játékban. Adatkezelés jogalapja: Szerződés teljesítése (GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b) pont). Fontos: Az ilyen tranzakciók során megadott érzékeny fizetési adatokat nem mi kezeljük.

Adatfeldolgozók és harmadik felek

A Spirit of Tazo szolgáltatás működtetése során néhány megbízható külső szolgáltató (adatfeldolgozó) segítségét vesszük igénybe:

• Tárhelyszolgáltató (szerver): A Spirit of Tazo weboldalt és a játékhoz kapcsolódó szervereket a Contabo (Contabo GmbH) üzemelteti. A Contabo a GDPR értelmében adatfeldolgozónak minősül.
• Hírlevélküldő szolgáltatás: Hírleveleink kezeléséhez és kiküldéséhez a Mailchimp nevű szolgáltatást használjuk (üzemeltető: The Rocket Science Group LLC). Adattovábbítás: A Mailchimp egy amerikai székhelyű szolgáltatás, így az Ön e-mail címe az Európai Gazdasági Térségen kívülre kerülhet továbbításra. A GDPR előírásainak megfelelően megfelelő garanciákat vezettünk be.
• Analitikai szolgáltató: A weboldal látogatottságának elemzésére a Google Analytics szolgáltatást használjuk. Az Ön adatainak védelme érdekében a Google Analytics IP-anonimizálása engedélyezve van.
• Alkalmazás-áruházak (App Store, Play Store): A Spirit of Tazo mobilalkalmazásban végrehajtott vásárlások esetén az Apple App Store illetve a Google Play Áruház közvetlenül vesz részt a fizetési folyamatban. Ezek a platformok önálló adatkezelőnek minősülnek.

Az Ön személyes adatait harmadik felekkel nem osztjuk meg, és semmilyen személyes adatot nem értékesítünk vagy adunk bérbe.

Az adatok megőrzésének időtartama

Személyes adatait csak a szükséges ideig tároljuk, a gyűjtésük céljának teljesüléséhez mérten, illetve a jogszabályokban előírt ideig:

• Fiókhoz kapcsolódó adatok: A regisztráció során megadott adatokat mindaddig megőrizzük, amíg az Ön felhasználói fiókja aktív. Amennyiben Ön kéri a fiók törlését, kérésének eleget teszünk. Hosszabb inaktivitás esetén fenntartjuk a jogot, hogy fiókját és adatait töröljük előzetes értesítés után.
• Kapcsolatfelvételi üzenetek: Az Ön által küldött megkereséseket a kérés megválaszolásához szükséges ideig őrizzük meg.
• Hírlevél feliratkozási adatok: A hírlevélre feliratkozók e-mail címeit mindaddig kezeljük, amíg Ön nem iratkozik le.
• Webanalitikai adatok: A Google Analytics által gyűjtött látogatói adatokat a Google alapértelmezett adatmegőrzési beállításainak megfelelő ideig őrizzük meg.
• Tranzakciós adatok: A mobilalkalmazásban végrehajtott vásárlások kapcsán kizárólag azokat az információkat tartjuk nyilván, amelyek a vásárlás teljesítéséhez szükségesek. Számviteli célból akár 8 évig is meg kell őriznünk a magyar számviteli törvény előírásai szerint.

Az érintett jogai

Önt, mint érintettet a GDPR és a magyar adatvédelmi jogszabályok értelmében különböző jogok illetik meg:

1. Hozzáféréshez való jog: Jogosult tájékoztatást kérni tőlünk arra vonatkozóan, hogy kezeljük-e az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatokat (GDPR 15. cikk).
2. Helyesbítés joga: Jogosult kérni, hogy bármely pontatlan vagy hiányos személyes adatát helyesbítsük (GDPR 16. cikk).
3. Törléshez való jog: Bizonyos esetekben Ön kérheti személyes adatainak törlését – „elfeledtetéshez való jog" (GDPR 17. cikk).

Adatbiztonság

Az Adatkezelő megfelelő technikai és szervezési intézkedéseket alkalmaz annak érdekében, hogy a személyes adatokat biztonságosan kezelje, és védje a jogosulatlan hozzáféréstől, megváltoztatástól, nyilvánosságra hozataltól vagy törléstől. A jelszavakat titkosított formában (egyirányú hash alkalmazásával) tároljuk, és a weboldallal való kommunikáció HTTPS protokollon keresztül, titkosított módon történik.
